Q: What is your return policy?
A: You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange. We do not accept returns on soap, opened mineral makeup, custom, special order, sale or clearance items. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. We suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. All returns must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item saleable.
Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the quantity of the order, availability of components and whether you make any subsequent changes to the design. We can give you a better time estimate once you contact us to initiate your order.
Q: What if there is a problem with my custom order?
A: If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

A: At Brandi's Beads your privacy is important to us. All information collected on our site is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold in any way.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Brandi's Beads is located in Naugatuck, CT. We do not currently have a "storefront" as we specialize in home parties and web sales.
Q: Can I find your jewelry in stores?
A: Currently Brandi's Beads jewelry is only available via home parties or internet orders. We would love to hear from any businesses interested in having a Brandi's Beads display.
